3: Prototype injection molding, through the manufacture of prototype injection mold , if we just consider the unit price, the cost of this solution is almost nothing, the main cost is that need to manufacture an injection mold, the cost of this mold often reaches at least US$ 3000 or more. It is mainly used in the production of 100-5000 parts. At the same time, prototype injection can realize multiple products on one set of molds, especially the manufacture of the same material and color. It has great advantages in prototype injection molds. .
Either way, the first thing we need to calculate is cost and time. 3d printing is the fastest, but the cost is often the highest. Prototype mold injection is the longest time, but the unit cost is very low, especially in large quantities or types for production. Cnc processing is in between of them two.
