1, wear resistance

Therefore, the wear resistance of the data is one of the most fundamental and important functions of the mold.
Hardness is an important factor affecting wear resistance. Under normal circumstances, the hardness of the mold is higher, the wear is smaller, and the wear resistance is better. In addition, the wear resistance is not related to the variety, number, state, size and distribution of carbides in the guess.
Most of the premise of the mold is very inferior, and some often suffer from a large impact load, which leads to brittle fracture. In order to avoid the sudden break of the mold machine, the precision metal mold must have high strength and toughness. The toughness of the mold depends on the carbon content, grain size and structure of the material - precision mold manufacturing.
3, fatigue fracture function
During the process of the mold, under the prolonged influence of the reincarnation stress, it often causes fatigue and breakage. In its situation, there are small energies that repeatedly attack fatigue breaks, stretch fatigue breaks, fatigue breaks, and tortuous fractures. The fatigue fracture function of the mold depends on its strength, toughness, hardness, and the amount of inclusions in the material.
