Product Characters:
1) Engineering ABS resin, it is the antibacterial grade for medical device and it is not easy to be polluted
2) Euro standard VDI 3400 MATT finishing for good touching
3) The device can be clean by medical alcohol for the outside and can't have any space which may hide the bacterium.
4) It need to pass the strong UV testing for the plastic housing in last continuously 144 hours
5) The plastic housing need to pass the high temperature up to 150 degree Celsius and 40 degree Celsius below zero low temperature for one week continuous using.

Asia Billion mould tooling plant overview:
There is a interesting thing that why the medical device injection tooling , especially for class 2 or class 3 level parts have to use the stainless steel for the mold. as what we know the class 2 or class 3 level medical device which is high level for the medical devices. it need to tough your body or may need to plant in your body. so the purity of the part is so important. the normal mold steel it must have some rust and it will cause serious problem inside the medical device, it may cause some body inflammation or even kill the person. it will cause some medical treatment accident. Here Asia Billion only use the ASSAB imported S136 stainless steel for our medical device mold making. and sometimes we even need to make the mold base as stainless steel too. because many medical devices are produced in the clean room. although the mold base can't touch the inside of the medical plastic parts, but if it is not stainless steel, the outside is easy to become rust too, this rust may pollute the air in the clean room and finally may pollute the medical device too.one more thing is that people have high opportunities to touch the mold base surface, it will pollute the hand and finall the medical production too. Here Asia Billion normally use 420SS from LKM for the mold base.
