7) Tooling need to submit PPAP document with customer's format and transfer to USA for mass production after the PPAP is approved

Who are the future development directions of three new energy vehicle batteries?


   Nowadays, the power problem in the electric vehicle market has become the focus of attention, and the battery closely related to power must be the focus. Then the question comes: lithium iron phosphate battery, ternary lithium battery, hydrogen fuel cell which battery has the best performance?


1. Lithium iron phosphate battery

   Lithium iron phosphate battery, as the name implies, is a lithium ion battery using lithium iron phosphate as a positive electrode material. In the early days, many manufacturers would find ways to save costs because of material limitations. The lithium iron phosphate battery is favored by many manufacturers because of its stability, safety and low cost. Manufacturers want to reduce the cost of the battery if the cruising range can be guaranteed. Therefore, with the advancement of technology, ternary lithium batteries came into being. Why is lithium iron phosphate eliminated? It is nothing more than high energy consumption and low density. In the same cruising range, this battery has higher self-weight and may have unsatisfactory energy consumption. Therefore, some experts have predicted that the development of lithium iron phosphate battery has reached the bottleneck period, and the replacement of lithium iron phosphate battery by ternary lithium battery will be the historical trend of the development of new energy vehicle power battery.


2. LiMn2O4 ternary battery lithium battery

   The survival of the fittest is the trend of social development. The energy density of the ternary lithium battery is high and the price is cheap. This naturally becomes the choice of the manufacturer. Who does not want to reduce the cost while ensuring the power? But is this battery really perfect? the answer is negative. His initial life is only 5 to 6 years, and the replacement cost has no advantage over the current fuel car.


3. Hydrogen fuel cell

   With the shortage of energy resources, the country began to use favorable policies to carry out macroeconomic regulation and control, hoping to replace lithium batteries with clean energy with less pollution and low cost. Hydrogen fuel cells are non-polluting, have a long service life, and emit no pollutants. They are very environmentally friendly. The basic principle of this battery is the reverse reaction of electrolyzed water. It does not need to be recharged, it only needs to add hydrogen, which is convenient to use. With this battery, we no longer have to work hard on charging. The owner no longer needs to spend a lot of time charging, just add some hydrogen, which is as convenient as refueling now. Therefore, the industry also believes that this battery is called "the ultimate new energy power solution." However, hydrogen fuel cell technology is still not mature enough, and the cost is too high and safety performance needs to be improved.
