316 stainless steel
316 stainless steel due to the addition of Mo elements, so that its corrosion resistance, and high temperature strength has greatly improved, high temperature can reach 1200-1300 degrees, can be used in harsh conditions.

Stainless steel is generally a general term for stainless steel and acid resistant steel. Stainless steel is resistant to atmospheric, steam and water and other weak media corrosion of steel, and acid-resistant steel is resistant to acid, alkali, salt and other chemical corrosion medium corrosion of steel. Stainless steel since the early 20th century came out to 2013 has been 100 years of history. The invention of stainless steel is a major achievement in the history of metallurgy in the world. The development of stainless steel has laid an important material and technical foundation for the development of modern industry and scientific and technological progress. Stainless steel a lot of different properties, it is in the development process gradually formed several categories. According to the organizational structure, divided into Ma's stainless steel (including precipitation hardening stainless steel), ferritic stainless steel, austenitic stainless steel and austenitic ferritic duplex stainless steel and other four categories; according to the main chemical composition of steel or Steel and other characteristics of the elements to classification, divided into chromium stainless steel, chrome nickel stainless steel, chromium nickel molybdenum stainless steel and low carbon stainless steel, high molybdenum stainless steel, high purity stainless steel; according to the performance characteristics and classification of steel, divided into nitric acid resistant stainless steel Stainless steel, resistant to corrosion corrosion stainless steel, high strength stainless steel, etc .; according to the functional characteristics of steel classification, divided into low temperature stainless steel, non-magnetic stainless steel, easy cutting stainless steel, superplastic stainless steel. The commonly used classification method in 2013 is based on the structural characteristics of steel and the chemical composition of steel and the combination of the two methods. Generally divided into martensitic stainless steel, ferritic stainless steel, austenitic stainless steel, duplex stainless steel and precipitation hardening stainless steel, etc., or divided into two categories of chromium stainless steel and stainless steel.
Stainless steel is generally used for corrosive environments, as well as medical devices and daily necessities.

1) Corrosion resistance
Corrosion resistance is better than 304 stainless steel, in the pulp and paper production process has a good corrosion resistance. And 316 stainless steel is also resistant to erosion of marine and erosive industrial atmospheres.
2) Heat resistance
Heavy stainless steel (06Cr17Ni12Mo2) has good oxidation resistance for intermittent use below 871 ° C (1600 ° F) and continuous use above 927 ° C (1700 ° F). It is best not to use 316 stainless steel in the range of 427 ° C to 857 ° C (800 ° F to 1575 ° F), but the stainless steel has good heat resistance when continuous use of 316 stainless steel outside this temperature range. 316L stainless steel resistance to carbide precipitation better than 316 stainless steel, available above the temperature range.
3) Heat treatment
Annealed at 850-1050 ° C and then rapidly annealed and then cooled rapidly. 316 stainless steel can not be hardened by heat treatment.
316 stainless steel has good welding performance. All standard welding methods can be used for welding. Welding can be used according to the use of 316Cb, 316L or 309Cb stainless steel filler rod or welding electrodes. For optimum corrosion resistance, 316 stainless steel welded sections require post-weld annealing. If 316L stainless steel is used, no post-weld annealing is required
Equipment for pulp and papermaking Heat exchangers, dyeing equipment, film flushing equipment, pipelines, coastal areas Building materials for external use.
2013 is also used in the field of solenoid valve, mainly for the shell, clamp, sphere, valve body, seat, nut, stem and so on.
